STOPPING NUCLEAR POWER - join the Baltic Sea Info Tour!

Dear friends!

During Summer 2010 an international network of anti-nuclear activists and organizations will be participating in the Baltic Sea Info Tour. Your support and participation would be greatly appreciated to help make the Baltic Sea Info Tour a lasting success and stop nuclear power. We are seeking support in the following areas, such as :

  • Participants travelling with us on the tour
  • Joining us for specific events e.g. workshops, actions, meetings with local people
  • Helping us strengthen links with local contacts
  • Financial support

The Baltic Sea is the most radioactive sea in the world and many new nuclear projects are already underway. This threatens the well-being and survival of people and other inhabitants of the planet. The dangers associated with the existing nuclear industry and their future plans transcend national borders. Together, our international co-operation is vital in creating a healthy, safe nuclear free future.

Durante el verano del 2010 una red internacional de organizaciones y activistas auntinucleares participarán en el Tour Informativo del Mar Báltico. Tu apoyo y participación son muy importantes para que el Tour Informativo sea una experiencia exitosa y duradera a la hora de detener el avance de la industria nuclear. Buscamos colaboradores en las siguientes áreas:

  • Participantes que quieran viajar con nosotr@s durante el Tour
  • Colaborar con nosotr@s en eventos concretos, como por ejemplo talleres, acciones, reuniones con pobladores locales...
  • Ayudarnos a fortalecer contactos con grupos e individuales locales
  • Ayuda económica

El mar Báltico es el mar con mayores niveles de radioactividad en todo el mundo y en la actualidad nuevos proyectos de la industria nuclear están en pleno desarrollo. Esto amenaza el estado de bienestar así como la supervivencia tanto de las personas como de otros habitantes del planeta. Los peligros asociados con la industria nuclear ya existente en este momento sumados a sus planes de futuro traspasan lan fronteras nacionales. Junt@s, nuestra cooperación internacional se hace vital para crear un futuro saludable y libre de peligros nucleares, en cualquiera de sus formas.
