Although not directly connected to anti-nuclear issues, burnout is a potential risk for any active person. In this workshop, participants found out why it is important to take preventive measures against burnout syndrome and why lack of self-care is a form of violence.

At first participants took a burnout questionnaire, which helped them to understand the amount of stress and the possibility of a burnout in their lives. After that participants received some printed material, shared and discussed their burnout experiences.

I found this workshop very useful, for it combined both theory and practice: literature about the topic and real-life experiences.
