- Uranium mining conference and gathering
- on January 14-15, 2012 in the region of Kuusamo (FIN) close to the proposed Kuusamo uranium mining area; in the wider region there are also several other proposed uranium mines; Kuusamo is also close to the Oulanka National Park[1]
- it will focus on uranium mining issues in northern Finland
