Brief Documentation Of The Workshop

Announcement:
France is a high nuclearised country. 58 nuclear reactors in activity, one more in building in Flamanville, reprocessing plant, atomic bombs, etc.

The aim of the presentation, which will be held on December 30, 2008, at 11:00 am in room 10A on the 3rd floor, is to give an overview about the situation in France regarding nuclear policy: History (military use of nuclear), actual situation and problems in the different plants, deals with nuclear waste and new building policy.

Another focus of the presentation is the past and current resistance against this policy and the perspective of international activities.
