While the snow is coming down in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, many people are arriving from all around the world to participate in this historic walk to the United Nations in New York. Our three month journey will begin on the 13th of Feb and we hope that many of you will be there to join us.(as at February)

Many things have been happening in the last few weeks and we are looking forward to an amazing start to the walk.

The Hiroshima Peace flame that was carried on the World March for Peace & Non Violence[1] has just arrived in San Fransisco from Rio de Janeiro and is now on its way to Oak Ridge, Tennessee for the beginning of the walk.

Special thanks also to Equal Exchange[2] for supplying us with Fair Trade Organic Coffee, Tea and some special chocolate treats for the walk, along with Lara Bars[3] for a generous donation and Voltaic Systems[4] for making it possible for us to have a solar pack back to charge all our gadgets on the walk.
